smile at the sun and sing for the sea
Cant get enough of that vitamin D!
the time for cool drinks and huge ice creams
the time for love, and following dreams
Spend hours and hours lying in heat
see that tan, feel the sand on your feet
ice and sunshine and BBQs
and getting rid of those winter blues
The world is brighter, the colours and smiles
seem to stretch out for miles and miles
Everyones happier when the sun says hello
we all seem to bask in the wonderous glow
Summertime is here, its come at last
but make the most of it- Its going to go fast.

Night-time Lullaby

Look outside angels, watch the twilight sky
As you lay your heads down to rest.
Dream your sweet dreams of a place where it seems,
That you're always the absolute best.

Don't be afraid of the dark, theres always a light
That will keep you quite safe from harm
Even though night is cold, you'll be brave and bold,
And the darkness is no cause for alarm.

Dear stars in the sky, I pray to you now
Watch over my angels as they lie
I pray you keep them in sight as they sleep through the night
And stay with them until morning is nigh.

And when morning comes and you awake with the sun
And greet me with dreams still fixed in your heads
The stars jobs are done,now they're free to have fun
Until you go back to rest in your beds.

Marshmallow Clouds

Can you sit alone and dream of a land
Where you sail in a boat that's shaped like a shoe?
Where the sun rises high like the birds in the sky,
And the oceans are made of fresh morning dew.

There's music in the air of this magical place,
With it's colours so vibrant and bright.
You can have endless fun in the glow of the sun,
As you soar with the angels in flight.

Don't worry about falling-you wont get hurt,
Just land on a marshmallow cloud.
You can bounce up and down in this strange little town,
Where the laughter is never too loud.

When the sun starts to set in the twilight sky
And the night stars shine down on your head
Fear not of the dark, there's still a bright spark
That will lay you to rest in your bed.

Help

I know the road is dark
I know the path is long

Siblings :)

For 7 years I was an only child
Life was good but lonely.
I was devoid of the joy of sibling love
A brother or sister? If only!

Life was good, I can't complain
But something was missing, you see
Until June 15th 2001
When a baby brother came to me.

I was the happiest girl in all the world,
My wishes had come true,
I had a sibling who was my own,
I loved him through and through.

Despite the arguments as we grew up
Every second with him was bliss,
Things could get no better we thought,
Until we met baby sis!

25th October 2006
Came a beautiful baby girl
With sparkly blue eyes and thick dark hair
She threw us all into a whirl

And yet there she was, the final member
Of a sibling crew so strong
We needed nobody else- complete we were
Although the wait was long

And though we fight as siblings will
We know we'll always have each other
And I count my blessings every day
For my sister and my brother.

Cest Lavie- Such Is Life

If we were never poor,
How would we know wealth?
If we were never ill,
How could we know health?
To have been touched by death,
Makes us thankful for life,
And those who live in peace,
Can appreciate strife.
For how can we be bored
If we know not how fun feels?
We cannont know starvation
Without first losing our meals!
Life is just
What more can I say?
Than live it to the maximum every day!

I'm a little chrysalis
Soon to be a butterfly
Watch me change and see me soar
Finding my way in the summer sky

I'm a tiny little girl
But one who's made of something though
With loved ones I'll go far
Though the road ahead is rough

I'm like a baby once again
Just trying to pave my way
Trying to find the point of life
And smiling at each new day

I'm a little chrysalis
I'll be the biggest of butterflies
Watch me change and see me soar
Braving the world and searching the skies.
